If you have some old or used plastic bottles like this one, you can make your own house cleaning bio products.

I only use translucid vinegar that you can buy in any supermarket nowadays in the housecleaning products zone. If you feel the smell is too strong, you can add some essential oil like lemon or orange.

If you can’t find the translucid vinegar, you can use a regular one and add some water (one cup of vinegar for two of water) and essential oil. Make this simple change and the ocean will thank you🌱

This cup was a wonderful gift from a very special person - my mother’s best friend - an amazing doctor that is right now fighting the best she can so we all can be safe at home.

I took this gift out today because I had a 10min walk in the sun and had a coffee outside.

In the street where I live there is this bakery that still serves coffee but because of this very difficult situation we are all living, they serve it in plastic cups that people need to take outside so I decided to take my cup with me, asked if they could put the coffee in a crockery cup and throw it in my cup and they did and so we didn’t touch in anything that we both have touched and I didn’t throw away another plastic cup after my coffee 🌱 win win situation 😊 Stay safe people but don’t forget to keep your ideas about the waste that we throw out into our planet, you can do both!

Put the remain parts of your vegetables and fruits into a soup, make a vegetable broth or a smoothie.

Fry potato peels, they are so good, you will thank me later!

Be creative and you will do the best you can to avoid waste!
